Trial by fire - Learning to cast, repair, and replace decorative plaster.

First section replaced.

Custom made urethane mold. Making a mold of something over your head is very tricky due to gravity. Urethane had to be carefully applied in thin brushed on layers while wearing full PPE at the top of a twenty-five foot high scaffold.

Second section is installed, and joints are being filled.
